About MeRichard Kolasinski, Independent Financial Adviser
I am an experienced Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society providing financial advice to private individuals and businesses across the UK, particularly in the South West. I have experience in dealing with all aspects of holistic financial planning alongside the required level of expertise and qualifications to provide advice on all types of pension transfers. I’ve been working in the financial services industry for 22 years and I have taken pride in achieving many qualifications.
From a professional standpoint, I pride myself on my ethical values and personable approach that helps build strong meaningful long term relationships with my clients, colleagues and professional connections. I’m an open minded individual which I believe is an invaluable essential component in providing financial planning in our ever evolving/changing industry.
Passing on my knowledge and expertise to clients is very rewarding for me as I have a natural desire to help others; this comes hand in hand with treating clients with the upmost respect not only as a fellow human but also as an adviser to them.
I take great pleasure in building respectful and trusting relationships with my clients whilst delivering the best advice in a professional manner. My ultimate aim and one of the most enjoyable aspects of my job is helping others reach and achieve future visions through bespoke advice.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife, our son’s and granddaughter. I like to keep fit by running and playing football along with going to gigs when I can.
An Integrated Approach to Financial Services
Below you can see what advice I specialise in. If there are additional services you require, Tavistock Investments provides support in other aspects of financial advice, and I can put you in touch with someone.
My specific areas of expertise:
Investment & wealth management
Creating, growing, and then maintaining wealth is key to successful financial planning and should be part of a longer-term investment strategy.
Talking about illness, disability or death is never an easy conversation to have but protecting against the unexpected will help with financial security and ensure your family can cope should the worst happen.
Lifetime financial planning
If you have a Defined Benefit or Final Salary pension scheme, there may be individual circumstances where a pension transfer could be advantageous.
Later life & estate planning
We spend a lifetime building our wealth, so it’s important to find the most effective way to protect your assets, in order for you to pass them on to those you love as efficiently as possible.
Pensions & retirement planning
When you think about the future, what does your retirement look like to you? An important question which we can help you answer.
Wills & power of attorney
Making a Will is essential to ensuring that your wealth benefits those whom you choose and is not taken by taxation, unnecessary legal costs and beneficiaries chosen by the law.
Business protection planning
The importance of business protection is often overlooked but is key to helping business owners plan for the unexpected.
