Ginette King, Mortgage and Equity Release AdviserThere is nothing more rewarding than telling my first time buyer clients that they are able to get a mortgage and to show them how affordable it is for them and likewise, showing my remortgage clients the savings they will make by switching products on their current mortgage.
Equally as important as mortgage sourcing, is ensuring my clients have adequate protection for their specific financial and personal situation. I will always take the time out with my clients to chat through their concerns and needs in this area and tailor my advice accordingly. This includes protecting clients mortgage debt against death or a critical illness to buildings and contents, income protection and family income benefit. With access to the whole of the market I am able to provide competitive premium rates and different levels of underwriting to suit lots of different situations.
I also provide a Will writing service, so when all of the protection details are finalised and in place we can help to ensure clients wishes are recorded to give the ultimate peace of mine.
Even though I am based In Abertillery, I cover a large area including all of the Welsh Valleys down to Cardiff, Abergavenny, Merthyr Tydfil, Cwmbran, Blackwood, Bargoed, Tredegar, Pontypool, Newbridge and Brynmawr.
